Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026. This page explains what information Mila Lettings Services Ltd collects when you use this website or get in touch with us, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Mila Lettings Services Ltd ("Mila", "we", "us") is a property letting and management company registered in England & Wales, operating from 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
How to contact us about privacy
If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, email info@milalettingsservicesltd.com or call 020 3355 9932.
What information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, mainly through the enquiry forms on this site. Depending on which form you use, this may include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your property address or postcode, and details about the property (type, occupancy status)
- Your organisation name, if you're contacting us on behalf of a council or housing association
- Any other information you choose to include in the message or "anything else we should know" field
We don't use cookies or analytics tracking on this site beyond what's strictly necessary to operate it.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your enquiry — for example, to provide a rent valuation or discuss a housing placement
- Get in touch about the services you've asked about
- Keep records relevant to any agreement we enter into with you, such as a guaranteed rent lease or management contract
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a property management business
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry or our services without asking you first.
How we store and process enquiries
When you submit a form on this site, the submission is processed through Netlify's form-handling service and forwarded by email to our inbox at info@milalettingsservicesltd.com. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf for this purpose. You can read more about Netlify's own data practices in their privacy policy at netlify.com.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where an agreement is reached, for the duration of that agreement plus a period afterwards as required by law or good record-keeping practice (typically up to six years for contractual and financial records). If your enquiry doesn't lead to an agreement, we'll keep the details for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy of it
- Ask us to correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information, where there's no good reason for us to keep it
- Object to how we're using your information, or ask us to restrict that use
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we're relying on consent to use your information
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Sharing your information
We may share your information with third parties where necessary to deliver our services — for example, contractors carrying out maintenance work, compliance and certification providers, or local authorities where you've contacted us about a housing partnership. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
