Mila Lettings Services Ltd was founded to fix the two things landlords and councils complain about most: agents who disappear after the contract is signed, and rent that depends on whether a property happens to be occupied. We do neither.
Why we exist
Most letting agents are built to find a tenant and move on. We built Mila the other way round — the agreement starts when the lease is signed, not ends there. Landlords get a fixed monthly payment regardless of occupancy, and councils get a partner who treats a placement contract as an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off transaction.
That sounds simple. In practice it means a maintenance team that answers calls on weekends, an inventory process that protects both sides from disputes, and account managers who know your property without needing to look it up.
